Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose: Load OUT! March 30 & 31 in New York City

The Spring is upon us, and with that, Load OUT! 2012.

NEW YORK CITY - This bi-annual, one of a kind re-use and repurposing event makes materials available to artists, arts organizations, and everyone in between!

YOU are invited to participate by donating gently used materials (e.g. costumes, props, and furniture) from your organization, studio, or household.

All materials will be made available to seeking artists FREE of charge at Load OUT! on March 31st, 2012, between 11AM & 3PM.

Items left behind from this event will be recycled by GrowNYC, WeRecycle! and the Department of Sanitation.

To Donate to Load OUT!:
FABnyc will be receiving goods at 19 E. 3rd Street on Friday, March 30th from 10AM-6:30PM.
Donations scheduled on March 30th require an advanced appointment.
On March 31st from 11am to 12pm you can drop off your donations at 19. E. 3rd Street without an appointment.

We encourage you to participate in Load OUT! and help the artistic community maintain its responsibility to the environment by diverting materials from the waste stream.

$5 for the general public

Company dancers Esmeralda Enrique and Paloma Cortés perform Spanish Classical dance with the celebrated Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra and Chamber Choir for A Night in Madrid featuring the Iberian flavoured music of composer Luigi Boccherini who made his home in Spain.
