TORONTO - Chic, sleek Nugateau Patisseries is the first éclair-only patisserie in Toronto, owned by former Jelly Modern Doughnuts pastry chef Atul Palghadmal. They've put together a multi-cultural menu that showcases the cream-filled delight with international flair and have come up with the perfect solution to your Valentine's treat needs.

• The Queen West patisserie is offering up two special flavours as a duo ($12 for both) created specially for this love-filled holiday: Champagne (Choux pastry, Champagne and white chocolate cream) and Rose (Wild Strawberry cream with candied rose petals).

They will also be offering up their other 12 seasonal flavours, including recently introduced savoury flavours Foie Gras and Smoked Salmon.

What could possibly be more romantic? Eat up!
